Ceramic Coating Los Angeles | Why You Need A Ceramic Coating
Ceramic Coating Benefits
Ceramic Coatings are needed on car's nowadays due to it's durability, longevity, ease of maintenance, etc. Especially as automotive paint gets thinner, this top of the line paint protection will keep your car's paint new for years to come. Here are the benefits of a ceramic coating on your car!
Durability & Longevity
A ceramic coating is built to last for years and to endure harsh elements such as bird droppings, bug guts, the sun’s harsh rays etc. If you have ever gotten your car waxed you know you have to reapply it often, on the high end of the spectrum a wax will need to be applied every 3 months; typically though once a month. On the low end of the spectrum for a ceramic coating it will last 3 years.
Ease Of Maintenance
When you get a ceramic coating you will have an easier time maintaining your car’s paint because the dirt will have a harder time staying on your car, meaning you’ll be washing your car less and getting it washed less.
Preservation & Enhanced Shine
After your car is ceramic coated you can expect your car to keep the new look for years to come and you will also experience an enhancement of shine & gloss, your car will look spectacular.
Maintain Resale Value
With your car looking new at all times, even years down the line, you will not have to worry about your car’s resale value, as a car that looks worse is much harder to sell than a car that looks new.

What's a Ceramic Coating?
Ceramic coating, also known as nano-ceramic coating is a state-of-the-art protective solution for your car’s paintwork. It's a liquid polymer applied to the exterior surfaces of your vehicle, forming a transparent, durable layer that bonds chemically with the paint to create a protective barrier.
So, what sets ceramic coating apart from traditional wax or paint sealants? Unlike wax, which sits on top of the paint and wears off over time, ceramic coating forms a permanent or semi-permanent bond with the paint, providing long-lasting protection.

Ceramic Coating FAQs
A ceramic coating service does value a lot at the moment but overtime; you will save thousands.
Here are some problems you will avoid when you get a ceramic coating
You will avoid needing a paint job in the future which can cost up to $3500+ and will not be as good as the original paint job no matter how good the body shop is.
You don’t have to wax your car again; which saves you money from having to get your car waxed every month.
Your resale value will stay high as a car that gets traded back into the dealer or sold to a third party is always much more valuable than a car with bad paint.
You will also experience ease of maintenance saving you money from having to wash it often!
No car is too old for a ceramic coating, or not “worthy” enough for a ceramic coating. The only time I wouldn’t recommend a ceramic coating is if you’re about to sell your car or if your paint is cracking.
What if I’m bad at maintaining my car?
A ceramic coated car will stay in good shape as long as you wash it, a ceramic coating will lose its longevity if you neglect your car and through intense abrasion. Intense abrasion would be places like the automatic car wash.
What if I just wash my car regularly instead of getting a ceramic coating?
Your car will stay dull out overtime and will become harder to wash over time. There are certain things that you will not be able to prevent such as road debris getting stuck to your car’s paint, iron dust from your brakes, etc. A ceramic coating will protect your car from getting dull overtime and you will have a much easier time washing your car regardless of the environmental effects.
Are ceramic coatings scratch proof?
Ceramic coatings are not scratch proof, it will not prevent an angry ex from keying your car. A ceramic coating will resist light swirls such as ones that you get when improper washing but this isn't something that you will particularly notice unless you're looking for it.
